Chest
Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape horizontal and under your arms. Keep one finger between the tape and your body for comfort.
Waist
Measure around your natural waistline — the narrowest part of your torso, typically just above the navel. Keep the tape comfortably loose.
Hip
Stand with feet together. Measure around the fullest part of your hips and buttocks, keeping the tape parallel to the floor.
Height
Stand without shoes against a wall. Mark the top of your head and measure from the floor to the mark. Use this to confirm your size when between sizes.
